Our Services

Support Coordination is about supporting you to understand your NDIS Plan from onset.
Together, we will passionately assist you to mitigate the NDIS Plan in an easy straightforward and centred approach.

A recovery coach is an NDIS-funded worker that has mental health knowledge. This can support you with your recovery journey, spending time with you, and people important to you, to get to know you and understand your needs help.

Diversity Access has a team of Specialist Supports Coordinators who have vast experiences in working with complex psychosocial, criminal justice, forensic mental health and other complex scenarios.

If you have lived experience of psychosocial, anxieties, depression, schizophrenia or other mental health conditions that may be impacting on your day to day life challenges, our dedicated Support Workers can be there to provide tailored support.

We have a Team of Occupational Therapist, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Community Nurses, Incontinence Nurses and Wound Care Nurses with vast experience to support you to be as independent as possible and comfortable.

Through our years of experience, we have identified that isolation is one of the key factors impacting people. Diversity Access aims to bridge this by imparting skill building groups led by allied health professionals to teach: Life Skill, Community Life, Communications Skill and more.
