Groups
Through our years of experience, we have identified that isolation is one of the key factors impacting people. We do not necessarily have to have a disability to be affected by this, but certainly having one creates a huge risk as other vulnerabilities blossom.

Diversity Access aims to bridge this by imparting skill building groups led by allied health professionals to teach:
How We Do It
Our Allied Health Professionals can teach:

Communication skills: building tools to communicate with others to develop meaningful relationships.
-
Budgeting and financial skills
-
Cooking skills
-
Self-care and Grooming
-
Healthy body-healthy mind, becoming more self aware of mind, body and disability, developing profound understanding of themselves.
